Really very tasty , quick and easy recipe of chicken drumsticks


Chicken Drumsticks are really very tasty, quick and easy to cook, Drum-Stick is a fast food, is loved by young,  chicken drumsticks is one of the few foods, the all time favorite in recipes.

Ingredients
These are main components of chicken drumsticks recipe ingredients.

Marinade
·         8-10 chicken drumsticks
·         lemon juice one table spoon
·         1 tsp. of salt
For coating
1 large egg, lightly beaten
4 tbsp Milk
8 chicken legs
Lemon juice
1 TL. Salt
3 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup of dried clear breadcrumbs •
½ cup finely chopped Cornflakes
2 EL. sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt •
1/2 TL. Freshly ground black pepper
1 TL. Garlic Powder
1 TL. Red chili powder

Preparation:

1. Put the drumsticks in a big bowl, add lemon juice and a teaspoon of salt and rub it around the drumsticks.

2. Cover and marinate for at least 3 to 4 hours.

3. Beat the eggs and milk in a bowl. Combine the bread crumbs, corn flakes, sesame seeds, salt, pepper, and paprika and garlic powder in a plastic bag.

4. Never immerse the drumsticks in the Add, and then shake in the bag to coat.

5. Heat the oven to 450 degrees. A baking sheet.

6. Arrange the coated drumsticks on a greased baking tray and drizzle with the melted butter.

7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

8. Immediately serve with chutney or sauce.

This recipe makes very tasty chicken. In any chicken recipe I usually use the "dark meat" because it's more flavorful than the breast. The combination of spices is very good. I don't know what marination in the salt/lemon juice accomplishes but I did it anyway and the result was good. I used store bought corn flake crumbs instead of crushing them myself.

This is much better than "take out" chicken from KFC and it's not that hard to make. As the baking temperature (450 degrees) is high, I baked only for 25 minutes and I got juicy legs.

This recipe is a "keeper".

Thanks sir for your nice suggestions, i am agree with you but you know every one like to eat or cook according to their choice, so people can change or replace thing according to their will and taste.
